		Episode 1 The mysterious crash of a small plane with local Telluride legend Dolores Thorne on board, gives Luanne Rice her first big assignment as the new reporter on the "Telluride Avalanche." Meanwhile, greedy developer Jordan Thorne (Dolores' son) pushes his "Clifftop Hotel" project through a reluctant City Council. Meet Mason and Kelly Foster, the new couple in town É will Summit Man's words of wisdom - "You didn't lose your girlfriend, you just lost your turn" - haunt the newlyweds?	Episode 2 Episode Two Luanne Rice is back from four years at Bennington, menfolk have taken notice! Luanne first runs into ex-flame Richard Starbuck, the shaggy good looking entrepreneur she left behind. Later that day she meets Eric Banks, the rad snowboard shredder who has always had a crush on her. Love complicates all as Luanne is about to discover. Cracks in their marriage appear as Mason and Kelly try to make a go of life in Telluride.
		Episode 3 In the Christmas issue the hoards descend on Telluride as Marshal William Tremaine develops a theory about the Dolores Thorne plane crash. Luanne and Starbuck seem pretty chummy again as the pressures of being an ace reporter give way to a dream date on the ski mountain. Will Kelly's job with Jordan Thorne provide any insight into the shady dealings of the developer and his new Kansas City partner, Anthony Al Dente?	Episode 4 The annual New Year's Eve Party at StarbuckÕs place turns into a major bash. Will ex-wife Shauna Meadows big entrance ruin Luanne's "perfect" evening? Eric Banks dreams of a night of passion becomes a reality - but where will it all lead? The new year starts with a bang - a perfect powder day under blue skies lures the whole town to the mountain for a hangover filled day of skiing.
		Episode 5 Luanne's one-night-stand is turning into a permanent nightmare as Eric "just won't leave!" Marshal Bill's suspicions are confirmed as the NTSB investigator finds a possible clue - now all he needs is a motive. Kelly learns more than she should about Jordan Thorne's business deals while working in the office one day. All is not as it seems to be in Shangri-La.	Episode 6 Kelly and Luanne meet at the Town Park skating rink - does Kelly reveal more than she should about Thorne's "Clifftop": project? Kelly and Mason seem headed in different directions as the pressures of making it in Telluride really start to take their toll. Luanne finally gives Eric "the boot" and he's back to living in his van - man those sub-zero nights can get chilly! Thorne makes Al Dente a 30% partner in Clifftop in return for much needed bridge financing. But just who are Anthony Al Dente's "silent" partners from Kansas City.
		Episode 7 Eric makes a last ditch effort to find a place in Luanne's heart. His plan backfires, big-time! Luanne and Starbuck seem destined for one another - Luanne even contemplates giving up her own place in favor of cohabitation. What will her tree-hugging dad think about her sleeping with the enemy? NOT MUCH! Mason's workshop is the site of one of Telluride's more sensational crime when hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of antique and custom cabinet work is stolen! Eric gets the big kiss-off from Luanne. Is romance dead, or what?	Episode 8 Eric consoles himself with a back-country shred trip only to find himself in the middle of a sudden storm - with a bad binding no less. Concern mounts in town as a rescue effort mounts. Luanne feels a pang of regret when she learns of Eric's disappearance. Mason has had enough of Telluride - the loss of his work and most of his tools sends him packing for home. Thorne begins to realize the Kansas City boys
